We are all so incredibly human, often in the most uncomfortable, awkward and painful ways. The vulnerability, the beauty, the terror and even the overwhelming joy in our lives sometimes feel so incredibly close and personal we can hardly breathe.
We forget that the struggle we are having – with our bodies, health, time, money, family, friends, lovers and the world around us – are actually reflections of our own profound humanity.
It’s through these intimate moments of forgetfulness that I remember that I’m whole, and that the whole of me – including my wild moods and impulses, my irrepressible insecurities and my crazy laugh – is love.
This remembering is my deepest, heartfelt offering.
Love is who I am
Love is who you are too
